At Josh & Jenna, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
